Éric Philippe decided to create in January 2020 a network called "Merci les Algues" which would bring together all the players involved: farmers, scientists, distributors, feed and food companies. "Merci les Algues" also became a label enabling consumers to recognise products from the sector. For Éric Philippe, the stakes are clear: "Tomorrow's standard food must have fewer antibiotics and fewer phytosanitary products".
His large experience in animal production and nutrition makes Eric a keen observer of the evolutions of the feed and of the animal protein market supported by consumers.
